Construction Administration is part of our Basic Services. As your representative during construction we observe construction and act on your behalf to protect your investment. Our mission is to ensure that the project is built to the quality of our Drawings and Specifications.
Trinity serves as the project communications hub during construction. The Contractors, Engineers, Building Official and Owner all communicate with and to each other through our office. This ensures that we are aware of all issues relative to the project and the work.
Extensive “hands-on” building experience allows us to provide service and value of the highest quality. Project schedule, sequencing and quality control as outlined in our Specifications are all maintained under our watch. |
