LEED was developed by the USGBC as a 3rd-party certification for sustainable design and has become the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance “GREEN” buildings. LEED promotes a holistic approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in key areas of human and environmental health.
Trinity has expertise in green-build design and our team of LEED accredited architects and engineers utilize these on every project. Our 1st LEED project gained national attention with award of LEED-gold for the Great Lakes Maritime Center. Our 2nd was awarded LEED-Silver for the Alpena VA Clinic.
