LEED was developed by the USGBC as a 3rd-party certification program that has become the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance “GREEN” buildings and sites. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in key areas of human and environmental health.
Trinity Architecture has expertise in LEED green-build principles and utilize these on each of our projects. Our team of architects and engineers have a strong foundation of LEED Professionals, as certified by USGBC. Our first LEED project was the National Great Lakes Maritime Heritage Center which achieved LEED-Gold certification.
