Rogers City Area Schools-Renovations

 32,000 sf Elementary School renovation of major building systems and equipment including mechanical HVAC, DDC controls, lighting, exterior wall panels, new windows & doors.  A millennium building without the new building cost.

 

This was our 3rd project with Rogers City Schools.  As Architect/CM we retro-fitted the Middle & High Schools with new DDC controls and restored the building’s ventilation system.  Restoration of the Bus Garage was also completed.

 

Trinity provided full design services on this project including a rendering of the building allowing the client to see the design in 3D prior to moving forward with the construction documents.

 

During construction we provided construction administration including, but not limited to, observation,  coordination & government reviews, contractor pay certification, and certifying the project as substantially complete.

New 2” insulated metal siding panels, FRP doors and aluminum windows with integral blinds were part of the exterior renovations.
