Truck Wash & Lube |
|
Trinity designed this new 16,000 sf Truck Wash & Lube with performance in mind. This is the largest reclaim water truck wash in the world. 2,200 gallons of reclaim water fall in 5 minutes. A series of tanks separate fines from sludge then is transferred to a bio-reactor pit where bio-engineered micro-organisms digest soaps, oils and greases returning clean water to the system and oxygen to the air.
The wash equipment sets over several large-capacity bio-tanks with 14” thick structural concrete floors. The Truck Lube features a 160’ long mechanics pit designed to carry several fully loaded 18-wheelers for servicing.
Structural systems include load-bearing masonry, elevated concrete slabs & steel roof bar-joists / metal decking. In-floor heat & snow-melt systems are heated with waste-oil fired boilers to ensure this high-performance building was kept warm in the winter and running comfortably all-winter long. |
