New Medical Retail & Prosthetic Supply store. The facade
features decorative split-face block, brick veneer and EIFS (stucco)
finishes. The building features a
rigid steel frame structural system and single-ply membrane roofing
system. TCL Architect is suggesting a boiler fed in-floor
radiant heating system with snow-melt capability
coupled with air-handlers to provide HVAC.
The building is current in design phase. Anticipate Spring 2006
construction start.

18,000 s.f. semi-truck wash & lube features in-floor heating and
snow-melt systems, a 4,000 s.f. lube pit and a 92+ efficient reclaim water
system for the truck wash. The building is located adjacent the new
International Truck dealership and will compliment the facility.
The building is under construction, anticipate
spring 2006 occupancy. |

According
to the reclaim system engineer this is the world's largest truck wash of
it's kind. The 1,500 s.f. reclaim tank system provide enough treated
water to replenish approximately 93% of the wash water with water reclaimed
from previous washes.
